After a long hunt i could be the first to bring you these pictures

Now thats got you looking in your Ramseys guide
R2433  Eddie Stobart .... sp edn ... 1000 made
R769    Robin Hood ........sp edn......480 made

So you might never see both in the same picture ever again

I thought the 'answer to life, the universe and everything' was 42, not 47.

I saw a Stobart 47 on sale yesterday for £50.  They've been trying to sell it for at least two years.

Bought myself the XP64 version - not as many as Peter but...

Hi  Teleman,

The stobart  is certainly different,   the   livery fits  in  with the locos shape well.

If the guy seeling the Stobart one brings his price down, I might get one for my little 47 collection.  It does look the part, even though it's a totally fake livery.  Looks smarter than the DRS/Stobart class 66, in my humble opinion.

Well, I'm (eventually!) will be modelling 47901 so this Stobart one will do me fine with it's unofficial number.

Put's my two 47's to shame!  I've only got 47 588 Resurgent and an un-numbered Intercity Swallow on a HO boogie.
