We're on the way there Dave. Euston Station Arch which was vandalized by the 'modernisers' is being fished out of the River Lea and is to be rebuilt.

If they do eventually re build it (cut backs come to mind) It will be very immpresive, as it was when built back in the 1830`s

There have always been cutbacks on the railways Dave, even in the early days. Newcastle Central was supposed to have a portico the lenght of the station, but they ran out of money and put a short one over the entrance instead.
