On the top right of the Youtube page near the 'SUBSCRIBE' button you should see two white boxes with the headings 'URL' and 'EMBED'.
Left click in the 'EMBED' box to select it, then right click in the same place and select 'Copy'.

Right click in the forum 'New Topic' or 'Reply' box and select 'Paste'.
To see if you have been successful click the 'Preview' button at the bottom of the page, then click 'Submit'.
