Hey, I was on the forum the other day and realised (by quite alot of photos on here actually) that my first layout Stockdale On Sea will never quite work or look how I want it, after mutiple failings trying to lay (smash) track I eventually gave up, but now after much consideration I Think I am ready to let it go, and focus on the New layout I shall try my hardest to build, afterall a railway around my bedroom at the age of 15 isn't impressing anyone,

'till next time, Cya!

Joe

It will be a shame to see SoS go, but I know its for a good reason. I hope the new layout goes well.

I am also in the same sort of situation with my layout... at 14 going on 15, do I really want a model railway trailing round my room taking up all the room?

I think I have gained some valuable (do not do that you IDIOT!) tips whilst building the first Layout and If I were you unless something is severly wrong with the track work or the Electrics Id keep it as is for now, and thanks for the comment.

The chief engineer of the BPS&D is on his final warning too. He's already miles over budget and services haven't started yet, apart from a few test trains.
