Ok then i will put the vid together tonight and post it then as i will add some photos to of a fully wired plug . Watching me solder on 25 wires would be very sad , The vid only shows one wire being soldered _________________ Experience is something you don' t get until just after you need it .
It looks the same , I've never had trouble with refills fitting and i've had mine for many years _________________ Experience is something you don' t get until just after you need it .
I'd never heard of them till this year. I've been cleaning up a lot of old brass contacts with them too. I hope I'm not removing a special coating. _________________ Get off the line Bobby!

what kind of soldering iron you are using there? Me and Dad have lots of wiring to do for my layout, so we need to know what kind of iron and tip you use, as we dont think ours is right.
Its a Weller soldering iron , with temperature control . Might be a bit more than you want to spend as that one is £130 +vat , but there are cheeper ones that are as good . I use that one for work so its on for 4~6 hours a day and will last me for years , the last one only stopped working after 18 years because i dropped the power supply unit and broke the case , the only spare part you cant get
Before someone asks the wire cutters are Lindstrom ones and its the old lead solder _________________ Experience is something you don' t get until just after you need it .
