I would say its 00 or H0 scale at 10 cm long , that would make it 25 foot in 00 or 50 foot in 'N'

Edit for ,,,, Just got the ruller out and a Hornby container is 3.2 cm wide , same as the clamp on the listing

Strange you should say that , Have a look in an old mobile phone ! if it vibrates when it rings it will have a small motor in and they are about 6 volts ones and are very small

Now thats  a  thought  Teleman  i  have  some  small  pager  motors i  picked up  last  year   but  they  are  a  bit big, i  put  the  reachstacker  on  the  bench   next to a  loco  and  it  looks  like it  towers  over  it  mmm   are these really in scale with  N  scale i  wonder  needs  looking  at  more closely i'll  try  and  take  a  pic for  comparison  later on.
poliss

You could do someting like this.

Or this.

How the  fork lift  works i'm not sure Poliss but the use  of  Futaba and  JR servos in the  second  clip  gives  me  ideas  .........
Teleman

It might be a bit like this one , Its all done with magnets under the board
