It looks better on some track but it runs so free i had to put it on a roller so it did not roll away

Yes, it does seem a lot more professional than Hornby's, but to be fair, Hornby sub-contracted the club to a firm called Hallmark, who do things like "send twenty five billion cornflake tokens for a plastic man" sort of thing.
I was featured in a recent issue mind you and won a nice prize!

I saw, it was the clarabell conversion you did which was the green versions, I Can't find the mag right now sorry! the digital images anyway.

That's the one! Managed to get the duckets (from the Hornby 1982 brake van) for it, simple thing to do. Needs another couple of coats of paint and it's ready.
The prize was the J94 tank loco in WPR livery. I was rather surprised, especially as I was considering getting one (BR version - might still do).
The digital image was rather rough, I never inteded it to be published. It was a spur of the moment as I read the magazine on the closing date!
