Bonding with plasticweldHi All,
Just had a call from a mate who is using Plasticweld for the first time his words to me where ''' why did you reccomend this stuff to me its rubbish'' turns out he was applying it to both surfaces to be bonded and then trying to mate them up of course the plasticweld was drying before he got the parts in place.
He should have held parts to be bonded then either using a paintbrush or i use the little brush that comes with liquid poly bottles apply to the joint capillery action will draw the plasticweld into the joint.
Make sure your fingers are away from the joint otherwise the local CID will know who built the model
