Fibre optic Store .com

Hi  All,

If you have ever thought about  using  fibre optics  for  your models/layout  heres a good link   to  a  supplier.

A   supplier on  ebay charges  a  lot more than  these  guys   the uses  are  endless   eg:   headlights on cars with  the   light  source under the  board ....  loco   lights  where normal   LED'S /bulbs are  to bulky   etc.

Yes I've thought about it, but I'm scared I'd stick some of the fibres in my fingers. Very hard to remove as I remember. You know what I'm like with knives.

stick  the fibres in   your fingers  Poliss       you  must  have very  open  pores

Seriously though   yes the  multi  strand type need  careful   removal   but  a   new   blade  run  lengthways gently   should  start off    removal  of  the sleeving ok

Another good suppy is have a look for the small fibre opic xmas trees in the sales . You get loads of fibres and very cheep after Christmas as the shop want to sell all of the xmas stock

Must be too dark to see it. You need a lamp to find it.

Came  home to  find the fibre optics here   two  reels  with   50ft  of  0.5mm/1mm   along with   a   sample  pack   of   6   different  sizes of  fibres.

Good  quick  service   only  placed  the order  on  4/10
