Yes , You can get flat speaker cable (two wires) from HiFi shops if you are not drawing to much current or ribbon cable (as used on puter drives) but that is as thick as one wire but comes in up to 50 ways and as low as 9

It's for powering an inner track. I want to pass it under some track just as a tempoary measure. There are no gaps between Kato track sections.
