If you see these terms on Ebay.....and you pay by Paypal, then just ignore them. It is the sellers responsibilty to get the items to you. It is up to them to claim from the Royal Mail. The seller will learn the hard way if you have to open an 'item not recieved' or 'significantly not as described' claim.
"Postage quoted is non insured, therefore should the postal service fail to delivered/damage the item, then no responsibility rests with the seller. Proof of postage is always retained by the seller to assist in claims."
