I only paid £65.00 for my kroc in perfect condition. American locos are much cheaper, less than British models in most cases.

The DD40X, like the one in my sig is coming out in Oct/Nov and that hauled passenger trains and freight. It's going to be dcc fitted. Price on the Bachmann website is £66.00. The loco was 95 feet long so the model will be impressive.
To compare the Class 66 is 65 feet (20.1m) long.
DD40X with smoothside coaches.

Is that 00 scale or N? It Looks a very Impressive Locomotive. I wouldnt mind one myself.

The Bachmann one is HO gauge which runs on exactly the same track as OO gauge, probably because OO track is really HO track.
Can anybody convert 95 feet to 1/87 HO btw? Must be quite longish.

Hmm I'd Say thats about 4 o-4-o locos coupled up in lenth

I had a scale converting program all the time, just forgot about it.
95 feet is 332.500 millimeters or 13.091 inches.
