Not sure how old they are Poliss ..... stupid thing to do i did think the driver/engineer would have had something to say the woman there seems to be with the kids if so a written warning or fine should have been sent ....... probably her excuse well the kids where bored .... thats not good enough theres no excuse for putting passengers lives at risk just for a prank.

I read all the comments on youtube. The woman is the cameramans mother and they had no connection with the little brats.
No idea about the laws in MA, but if they did it in the UK absolutely nothing would happen to them, except maybe they would be taken for an all expenses paid trip round Britain by train.
