Trix Summer 2008 New Items

The specs on some of these trains make British outline look very 'last century'. How many British locomotives have the sound of squealing brakes fitted as standard, like the 22210 Powered Catenary Maintenance Car featured on page two?

German locos always seem to have an 'EPOCH' designation.  Can anyone tell me what that means please?  Is it the same as 'ERA' on the Trix site?
poliss

Yes, exactly the same as Era. This page explains which years are which.

Thanks Pol.  A neat way of doing things.  A lot better than our 'Pre-grouping' etc. designations.
