Hawkworth valve gear?  Never heard of it but it looks interesting.
The first 2 mins are rain drops, so just be patient!

John Wesley Hackworth, son of the great Timothy Hackworth. Patented a radial valve gear in 1859.

Quite a few types I've never heard of.
